Flore Frédéric has worked for more than 8 years as a Project Manager at hub.brussels (formerly atrium.brussels).
Throughout this time, she has specialized in the retail sector and primarily on pop-up stores and retail incubation. In 2014, she helped set up the WIP; a pop-up pilot project that was open for 6 months in a commercial unit under construction in the rue de Namur in Brussels.
In 2016, she went through the same process in Etterbeek with “L’Auberge Espagnole”, a retail incubator promoting European creation. As a complement to these projects, she has been producing a practical guide entitled "How and why to open a pop-up store in Brussels".
Today, Flore is in charge of developing the network of retail incubators in the Brussels-Capital Region. A second version of “L’Auberge Espagnole” has just been inaugurated in the Midi Station area in Saint-Gilles.
